Delivery was efficient and on time. We ordered marine collagen and only time will tell if it’s as good as our previous supplier, but if it is good that’s even better than excellent because it’s 50% less expensive

Great Service, Quick Response to queries
When I ordered using standard delivery, the items did not arrive though they dispatched them on time. They responded immediately when I raised the issue, and resent the product with tracking enabled. I got them on time.

Poor customer service even though they were apologetic for it. The delivery team they used could not deliver our product, we waited over a week even though it was next day delivery even then it never turned up.
So I complained got a refund and ordered from Amazon the same product which was delivered the following day lol.

WeightWorld assisted from start to finish to rectify.
They sent another bottle to last until everything was resolved.
I bought this product online as I live in Australia and it was for my mum.

It arrived very quickly
It arrived very quickly, looks good feels solid but unfortunately it didn't or hasn't done anything for my aching limbs, after a round of golf I have tried firstly for 30 minutes then second try for 1 hour, no help at all.
